Open-cast polyurethane is a TEMA ISENMANN staple, and our flat panels are no exception. The manufacturing of these panels includes our open-cast process which enhances the cross-linking of the polyurethane molecules in the products.
Flat panels are custom designed and manufactured to suit the application.
Along with the customization, flat panels are reinforced, which allows for use in various applications when required.
Not only do these products have an increased life performance, but they have also been designed and manufactured to optimize the wear life of the product.
Flat panels come in a range of options, from soft urethane with excellent impact resistance for hard and dry applications, to a higher durometer, which is better suited for wet, fine applications. Along with these options we also offer a wide range of square and slotted apertures to meet your needs.
